Prefabricated K-House

🏠 Prefabricated K-House Introduction

Prefabricated K-House is a kind of economical prefabricated house designed with light steel structure and standard modular system, featuring easy transportation, quick installation and multiple disassembling and reassembling.

📌 Structure and Material

  • Structural system: the main frame is light steel structure, and the connection method is bolt connection.
  • Wall material: double-sided color steel sandwich panel (EPS/rock wool/glass wool/PU)
  • Roof form: single-slope, double-slope optional, roof with drainage system
  • Floor system: steel structure base + cement board/wooden flooring
  • Doors and windows: color steel door, PVC sliding window/aluminum alloy window

✅ Feature Advantage

  • 🔧 Modular design: standard 1K = 1.82m, can be built in 3K×6K, 6K×10K and other combinations.
  • 🔄 Reusable: the structure can be disassembled and reassembled repeatedly, high reuse rate
  • 🕒 Quick installation: 2~3 people can complete the installation of a standard room in 1 day
  • 💰 Cost-effective: low material costs, suitable for large-volume temporary construction needs
  • 📦 Convenient transportation: can be packaged and transported, saving logistics costs
  • 🏢 Multi-layer stacking: common 1~3 layer structure, to meet the needs of a variety of scenarios

🧱 Main application scenarios

  • Site office, staff dormitory, conference room
  • Temporary classrooms, cafeterias, warehouses
  • Post-disaster housing, construction headquarters, etc.

Comparison Table of Modal Area of Slab Houses

Slope house area table

K=1.82P=0.95
A two-story house has two standard staircases. One on each side of the hill wall. The staircase area is 4.5 square meters per square foot. The three staircases are 16.4 square meters/unit. The area will decrease depending on the number of stairs.

Conventional of area counting method

1. House area: length of exterior wall * width of exterior wall * number of floors.
2. Standard staircase: 4.5㎡ / part, corner staircase: 16.4㎡ / PC.
3. Canopies are calculated as half of the horizontal projected area.
4. Walkway is calculated according to the projected area.
5. Total area = 1 + 2 + 3 + 4
6. Unless otherwise specified, the calculation method of project quantity shall be according to the above calculation.
7. The above general rules are also applicable to flat style houses.

Usual types of foundations

  1. Pre-embedded components are required in the first step of building a good foundation.
  1. If the project is a multi-storey building, pre-piling is required.
  1. We will provide draft foundations accordingly for different projects.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What is the difference between a K-slab house and a T-slab house?
A: K-board house is a standard modular design with simple and cost-effective structure; T-board house is more flexible in structure and closer to residential in comfort and appearance.
Q: Can I live in a K-type house?
A: Completely, especially suitable for temporary dormitories or construction sites.
Q: How many people are needed for installation?
A: For a standard 3K*6K room, two or three people can complete the installation in one day.
