📝 Feature Description:
- 📦 Topless and side panel-less design for easy lifting of extra-high or extra-wide cargo.
- 🏗 Collapsible End Walls (Collapsible Ends): easy for empty container transportation.
- ✅ Suitable for: heavy machinery, generators, wind power equipment, construction steel, large tanks, etc.
40' Flat Rack Container (40' Flat Rack Container) loading extra wide cargo description
I. Structural Characteristics of Frame Container
- The chassis size of 40' Flat Rack Container is the same as that of standard container, about 12.19 meters in length and 2.4 meters in width, with slightly lower height.
- Unlike standard containers, the sides and top of the frame container are completely open, with only the bottom plate and four corner posts supporting the structure.
- This design allows cargo to be loaded beyond the range of chassis width and height.
Second, why can it be loaded with a 3-meter wide capsule?
- Because both sides are open, cargo width over 2.4 meters is not restricted by side panels and can protrude from both sides of the frame cabinet chassis.
- The goods need to be firmly fixed on the chassis and corner posts to ensure safety without shaking during transportation.
- When loading extra wide cargo, the cargo width can reach or even exceed 3 meters, as long as it complies with the transportation regulations.
Transportation and Safety Precautions
- The transportation of over-width goods needs to be declared and relevant permits obtained (especially for land transportation).
- For sea transportation, it is necessary to communicate with the shipping company in advance to ensure that the loading and fixing program is compliant.
- The protruding part of the cargo should be clearly marked to ensure safety during loading, unloading and transportation.
- Arrange escort or speed limit when necessary to ensure transportation safety.
